The following fig
shows the circuit dia of +5V power supply using voltage regulator IC-7805. This IC
is designed as fixed voltage regulator and with adequate heat sinking can deliver output
currents in excess of 1A.This IC do not require external components. This IC also have
internal thermal over load protection.
